Dân văn phòng đúng là hội những người đánh đổi tuổi trẻ lấy cơn đau khớp cùng chậu. Mấy tuần trước mình ngồi sai tư thế, đau hông tới mức đi đứng như robot hết pin 🤖. May đọc được bài viết này điều chỉnh lại hai chân chạm sàn 90 độ C. Cơ mà thi thoảng quên tay vẫn hay khoanh chân lắm, có ai có mẹo nhắc nhở bản thân không ạ?
Mẹ mình bảo: “Mày ngồi kiểu gì mà như con tôm luộc thế kia?” 🦐 Quả nhiên không nghe lời người lớn là cái lưng nó hành cho ra ngô ra khoai. Mình mới sắm cái đệm chữ U chuẩn y khoa về kê đít làm việc. Công nhận giảm áp lực hẳn, ngồi lì 8 tiếng sếp tưởng chăm ngoan chứ thực ra là đệm êm quá không muốn đứng dậy!
Năm ngoái mình còn tự hào ngồi bắt chéo chân nhìn rất là thần thái 🧘♀️. Nay trả giá bằng cái hông đau điếng mỗi lần đứng dậy, khớp cùng chậu kêu răng rắc như bánh đa rang. Từ ngày áp dụng tư thế ngồi chuẩn y khoa theo bài viết, trộm vía cái lưng đỡ “biểu tình” hẳn. Đúng là đời dạy cho bài học đau đớn!
