Sau vài lần bị “bắt bài”, mình chuyển sang phong cách mới: “Câu này hay đó, để mình tìm hiểu rồi phản hồi nha!” – vừa thật thà, vừa chuyên nghiệp. Ai ngờ đâu, cả nhóm lại càng tin tưởng hơn. Tự tin kiểu Việt Nam là biết mình biết ta, không phải khoe mẽ!
Có lần mình lỡ miệng hứa với cả nhóm là sẽ xin được ngân sách đi du lịch team building. Nói xong mới nhớ… chưa hỏi sếp! Cuối cùng phải xin lỗi cả nhóm, quê muốn xỉu. Từ đó rút kinh nghiệm: hứa gì thì phải chắc như bắp, còn không thì cứ nói “để mình xem lại” cho an toàn. Lãnh đạo mà giữ lời thì nói ít thôi, làm nhiều vào!
Hồi mới lên làm trưởng nhóm, mình tưởng phải làm hết mọi thứ để chứng minh năng lực. Kết quả là vừa stress, vừa bị đồng đội “né” vì không ai được giao việc. Sau này mới hiểu: giao việc đúng người, đúng lúc mới là đỉnh cao lãnh đạo. Giờ mình chỉ làm cái cần làm, còn lại để team tỏa sáng – vừa nhàn, vừa vui, vừa hiệu quả!
