Mới hôm qua mình còn tự hào gánh team trên bàn nhậu, hôm nay nhìn bảng kết quả men gan cao mà rén ngang 🍺. Bác sĩ bảo muốn sống khỏe thì kiêng mỡ, cai cồn. Thế là từ nay mình xin phép làm “người hướng nội”, trung thành với nước lọc và thanh lọc cơ thể thôi. Ai cứu mình với!
Nhận kết quả xét nghiệm chỉ số AST, ALT cao vọt mà mình hú hồn 😱. Hóa ra cái giá của chuỗi ngày “vui tới bến” cùng đồ chiên xào, rượu bia nó chát thế. Giờ mình phải quay xe sang kết thân với trà cà gai leo và rau xanh. Mong gan mau bình phục để còn hồi phục phong độ!
