Start with retinoids correctly
- Retinoids are the gold standard in anti-aging skincare:
- Help stimulate collagen production, reduce wrinkles, and improve skin texture
- Available in various forms:
- Prescription medication from a dermatologist (stronger efficacy)
- Over-the-counter products from pharmacies or beauty stores (milder concentration)
How to use retinoids safely and effectively
- Start with a low frequency:
- Use 2–3 times/week to allow skin to adjust, then gradually increase
- Only use at night:
- Retinoids can be less effective when exposed to sunlight
- Always moisturize after use:
- Reduces dryness and flaking – common side effects
- Use sunscreen daily:
- Protects skin, prevents premature aging and irritation
Combine with facial oils for skin rejuvenation
- Jojoba oil or rosehip oil:
- Helps hydrate, supports recovery, and enhances skin rejuvenation efficacy
- Apply after moisturizing or lightly mix with moisturizer:
- Increases skin's softness and elasticity
Choose products suitable for your skin
- Research thoroughly before purchasing:
- Read ingredients, concentrations, and actual reviews
- Ask for advice from experts or reputable sellers:
- Avoid choosing the wrong product that may cause irritation
- Prioritize brands with clear origins:
- Ensures safety for long-term use

Tip 4: Apply sunscreen daily
Protect skin from sun-induced aging
- UV rays are the leading cause of premature skin aging:
- Causes wrinkles, dark spots, and sagging skin no matter how diligently you care for your skin
- Sunscreen is needed daily, even on cloudy days or when indoors near windows
How to apply sunscreen correctly

- Helps the product achieve maximum effectiveness
- Apply a sufficient amount:

- Effectively protects skin from UV rays
- Consider 2-in-1 products:
- Moisturizer + sunscreen or foundation + sunscreen to save time
- Choose the appropriate type for your skin type:
