- Choose to run for 15–30 minutes or until your body feels moderately tired, do not overexert yourself.
- Depending on your physical condition, you can run around the house, in the yard, or on a treadmill.
- The goal is to sweat lightly and feel "lighter" after running.
Working out at home or the gym
- You can choose exercises like push-ups, squats, planks, or simple cardio.
- Maintain at least 20 minutes for a noticeable bad luck warding effect at home.
- If possible, working out at the gym with higher intensity will help release negative energy faster.
Dancing to music for instant mood change
- Put on your favorite music and dance freely for 10–15 minutes.
