Mình thuộc hệ mua đá về vì đẹp là chính nhưng giờ mới biết dùng để cân bằng cơ thể nó vi diệu thế nào 💎. Trước toàn để đá bám bụi, nay đem ra thanh tẩy xong thấy viên nào cũng long lanh hẳn lên. Mà này, có loại đá nào giúp mình bớt “chốt đơn” trên livestream không chủ thớt ơi, chứ chữa lành tâm hồn xong lại đau ví quá 🤣 🌸.

Ngày nào cũng ôm viên thạch anh thiền định 15 phút mà đồng nghiệp cứ tưởng mình đang luyện công thâm hậu lắm 🧘‍♂️. Nói chung là từ ngày áp dụng mấy bước này, mình thấy cái nết mình nó cũng “hiền” đi hẳn, bớt sân si với deadline hơn. Để tối nay thử đặt viên đá đầu giường xem có mơ thấy số độc đắc không chứ stress vì ví tiền là nặng nhất đấy ạ ✨!

Đọc xong bài mới thấy mình trước giờ toàn làm ngược 🌿. Hèn chi mua đá về để giảm stress mà cứ thấy stress thêm vì sợ… làm sai cách. May quá, giờ biết cách thanh tẩy với nạp năng lượng chuẩn chỉnh rồi. Hy vọng từ mai tâm hồn mình sẽ “tĩnh” như mặt hồ chứ không còn “động” như nồi nước sôi nữa 😂. Có ai mới tập tành như mình không?
