Hôm qua mình cũng bày đặt ngồi thiền mở luân xa theo hướng dẫn 🧘♂️. Nhắm mắt lại tưởng tượng năng lượng chạy dọc sống lưng mà không thấy gì, chỉ thấy cái bụng kêu “ót ót” vì chưa ăn tối. Chắc do cái “luân xa bao tử” của mình nó đang tắc nghẽn mạnh nhất rồi các bác ạ! Có ai mới tập mà chỉ thấy đói như mình không? 😅
