The PSA level is a useful monitoring tool but not the ultimate goal. The most important thing is to understand the cause of elevated PSA, detect potential problems early, and develop a prostate health care plan tailored to each individual.

Đọc bài xong mình quyết định xỏ giày đi chạy bộ ngay và luôn, chứ ngồi văn phòng ôm ghế cả ngày bảo sao “cậu nhỏ” của tuyến tiền liệt không biểu tình 🏃♂️. Mà ngặt nỗi chạy được ba hôm thì chỉ số PSA chưa kịp giảm mà chỉ số “đau chân” nó tăng vọt rồi các bác ạ! 🤕 Có ai có mẹo tập luyện nào đỡ mất sức hơn cho người lười không?
Chồng mình đi khám về thấy chỉ số PSA nhích nhẹ một cái là cả nhà bước vào chế độ “thiết quân luật”. Mình phải lùng sục khắp nơi tìm mẹo hạ tự nhiên tại nhà, may mà vớ được bài viết này cứu nguy. Chứ không ông ấy cứ đòi uống đủ thứ lá cây lạ lùng trên mạng là mình tổn thọ trước ông ấy mất thôi! 😂
Từ ngày xem chỉ số PSA xong, mình chính thức bị vợ “cách ly” khỏi đĩa thịt bò nướng yêu thích 🥩. Giờ thực đơn toàn cà chua với bông cải xanh, ăn nhiều tới mức cảm giác mặt mình sắp chuyển sang màu xanh luôn rồi dã tràng ơi! 🥦 Có bác nào cũng đang “ăn chay cưỡng bách” giống mình không, vào chia sẻ bí kíp sinh tồn với? 😅
