Đùa chút thôi chứ từ ngày tập theo bí quyết chọn size chuẩn ở đây, mình xoay mượt hẳn, không còn tình trạng hai quả bóng cứ “đấu đá” nhau nữa 🎐. Có bạn nào đang tập loại bóng sứ giống mình không?
Cả ngày gõ phím như gẩy đàn, tối về cầm cặp bóng thiền Baoding này mà khớp tay kêu “răng rắc” cứ ngỡ mình sắp thành người máy đến nơi 🤖. Nhưng công nhận là xoay một lúc thấy đầu óc nhẹ tênh, cảm giác giảm stress hẳn chứ không còn muốn “đấm” cái màn hình nữa 🤣. Mọi người nên sắm một đôi để bảo vệ cái “cần câu cơm” của mình nhé!
Lúc đầu mình cứ tưởng xoay mấy quả bóng này dễ như ăn kẹo, ai dè cầm vào mới thấy đôi tay mình nó “lạ” lắm, bóng toàn rơi lộp độp như mưa rào 😅. Phải mất một tuần kiên trì theo hướng dẫn 4 bước này mình mới bắt đầu thấy chúng nó chịu nghe lời nhau. Có ai cũng từng “đánh rơi nhịp bóng” giống mình không nhỉ? 🎾
