Ban đầu đọc bài thấy bảo bấm ngón chân mà chữa được đau đầu, mình kiểu: “Ủa alo có nhầm địa chỉ không vậy?” 🤔. Thế mà lúc nãy vừa chớm đau, đè cái ngón chân ra ấn ấn một lúc thấy đỡ hẳn mới ảo chứ. Đúng là khoa học diệu kỳ, bộ não với bàn chân tuy hai mà một. Có bác nào lúc bấm xong cũng thấy “bật ngửa” như mình không?
Đau nửa đầu kinh niên mà mỗi lần đi massage ngoài tiệm là cái “máu hướng nội” của mình nó lại từ chối giao tiếp. May quá đọc được bài này tự xử tại nhà được luôn, vừa bấm ngón chân vừa xem phim bao cuốn 😂. Phương pháp này đúng là chân ái cho hội lười ra đường giống mình rồi.
