Ban ngày thì tỏ ra ổn định, ban đêm ngủ lại nghiến răng trét đét làm sáng ra cái hàm đau không há nổi miệng luôn. Đúng là cái hàm nó gánh hết áp lực cuộc sống hộ mình. Đang tích cực chườm ấm mỗi tối để đỡ phải đi gặp bác sĩ đây 🥑
Mấy hôm trước mỗi lần ngáp hay nói chuyện là cái hàm mình lại phát ra tiếng “lục cục” 🤫 nghe như bộ đàm rọc rạch, làm đồng nghiệp tưởng mình đang bật nhạc hiệu. May mà chịu khó massage cơ mặt với tập thư giãn theo bài viết chứ không chắc sắp thành robot luôn rồi!
