Đọc bài thấy dấu hiệu luân xa bị tắc nghẽn là hay lo âu, mình giật mình thấy mình tắc từ đầu đến chân luôn chứ chẳng đùa 😱. Chắc do “năng lượng” của deadline đè nặng quá mà. Mình nghe bảo muốn bổ sung năng lượng cho luân xa tim thì nên dùng màu xanh lá. Thế là cả tuần diện nguyên cây đồ xanh như “ninja” đi làm 🍏. Đồng nghiệp cứ hỏi mình mới đổi nghề bán bảo hiểm hay sao mà phong thủy thế? Cười ra nước mắt luôn, nhưng trộm vía thấy tâm trạng cũng tươi tỉnh hẳn cả nhà ạ 😅.

Lúc mới đọc về 7 luân xa, mình hí hửng tưởng khai mở xong là có “siêu năng lực” như phim 🧘‍♂️. Ai dè ngồi thiền được 5 phút thì luân xa gốc chưa thấy đâu, chỉ thấy hai chân tê rần như kim châm. Hóa ra cân bằng năng lượng không khó, cái khó là làm sao ngồi yên mà không nghĩ đến nồi cá kho ở bếp! 🍲
