Mình từng đặt hàng sỉ trang sức để bán thử, nghĩ sẽ lời to. Ai ngờ nhập quá nhiều mẫu, bán không kịp thì thành bộ sưu tập ‘trang sức tồn kho’. Giờ mỗi lần mở tủ lại thấy mình như đang sở hữu một bảo tàng mini. Có ai có chiêu xoay vòng hàng tồn hiệu quả không, chia sẻ cho mình học hỏi với!

Mình thử bán trang sức handmade online, tưởng sẽ ‘cháy hàng’ ngay. Nhưng thực tế thì cháy túi vì đầu tư chụp ảnh, bao bì, quảng cáo. Khách thì hỏi nhiều hơn mua.
