Hồi đó mình hăng hái đề xuất làm content creator cho công ty, nhưng nói vòng vo quá, sếp tưởng mình chán việc. Sau lần đó, mình rút kinh nghiệm: phải trình bày rõ ràng, có ví dụ cụ thể, chứng minh giá trị mình mang lại. Kết quả: sếp gật đầu, mình có vai trò mới, còn được tăng lương. Đôi khi cơ hội không đến từ việc nhảy việc, mà từ việc biết cách “nâng cấp” chính mình tại chỗ.
Mình từng mở quán cà phê vì mê decor, không tính tới chuyện khách có chịu uống không. Kết quả: quán đẹp, khách vắng, mình uống cà phê thay cơm suốt tháng. Sau đó mới hiểu: đam mê là động lực, nhưng phải có kế hoạch, khảo sát thị trường và học cách bán hàng. Giờ mình bán cà phê online, không cần mặt bằng, vẫn có khách đều đều. Bài học: khởi nghiệp không phải cứ “thích là nhích”!
