As a Social Media Manager , you will directly operate and develop Tiptory's Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels. Your job goes beyond simply posting content; it also involves building a loyal user community and spreading valuable knowledge from Tiptory's vast content library to Vietnamese youth in a relatable, accessible, and highly shareable way.

Content planning and creation

Create weekly and monthly posting schedules based on trending topics, search behavior, and social media trends.

Creating multimedia content: designing simple images and infographics for Facebook/Instagram; editing short videos (Reels, TikTok) using Tiptory's tutorials.
Community governance and keeping up with trends.

Respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive atmosphere on the fan page and social media channels.

Follow emerging trends and apply trend-jacking techniques to naturally integrate useful knowledge into viral content.
Monitoring, reporting, and coordination.

Use measurement tools to analyze the effectiveness of website engagement, reach, and traffic.

Work closely with the editorial team to select articles with strong potential for social media sharing.
Requirements for Social Media Manager
Qualifications and experience

Graduated from college/university with a major in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience managing a fanpage or TikTok channel with a stable following; experience running Facebook Ads or TikTok Ads is an advantage.
Required skills

Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere.

Excellent writing skills, flexible writing style, humorous, and appropriate for social media use.

Understand fundamental algorithms and be sensitive to emerging trends.

Good English reading comprehension is essential for researching international materials and trends.
