Mình từng nghĩ mở tiệm cắt tóc tại nhà sẽ nhàn, ai ngờ vừa cắt vừa phải kiêm luôn “chuyên gia tâm sự” cho khách. Có hôm cắt xong mà đầu khách thì gọn, còn đầu mình thì rối tung 🤯. Nhưng nhờ vậy, salon nhỏ lại thành nơi tám chuyện vui vẻ, khách quay lại cũng vì… không khí thân thiện.
Ngày đầu khai trương, mình hí hửng treo bảng “Salon tại gia – giá rẻ bất ngờ”. Khách vào xong bảo: “Ừ, bất ngờ thật… vì rẻ quá nên nghi ngờ chất lượng”. Bài học rút ra: đừng để chữ “rẻ” làm khách nghĩ mình cắt tóc bằng dao gọt trái cây.
Mình mở salon tóc tại nhà với niềm tin sẽ “hái ra tiền”, ai ngờ khách đầu tiên lại là… mẹ mình, và bà chỉ trả công bằng một nồi canh chua 🤦♂️. Thế mới biết, khởi nghiệp không chỉ cần kéo và lược, mà còn cần cả “chiến lược thu phí” từ người thân.
