Mình từng nghĩ chỉ cần giảm giá là khách sẽ ùn ùn kéo đến, ai dè khách lại chọn chỗ khác vì họ có trải nghiệm tốt hơn 😅. Hóa ra chiến lược marketing du lịch không chỉ là khuyến mãi, mà phải tạo cảm giác đáng nhớ để khách tự quảng bá giúp mình.
Có lần mình đi tour mà công ty quảng bá kiểu “thiên đường nghỉ dưỡng”, đến nơi thì đúng là thiên đường… muỗi 🦟. Từ đó mình mới hiểu, truyền thông du lịch phải chân thực thì mới giữ được khách quay lại, chứ không thì chỉ giữ được… muỗi thôi.
