Mình từng nghĩ rửa xe là nghề ‘ngồi mát ăn bát vàng’. Nhưng thực tế là đứng nắng cả ngày, ăn cơm hộp nguội lạnh, và tối về thì mơ thấy… bọt xà phòng. Nói vậy thôi chứ nghề này cũng vui, vì mỗi chiếc xe sạch bóng là một niềm tự hào nho nhỏ.
Mình mở tiệm rửa xe với hy vọng khách xếp hàng dài như đi ăn phở sáng. Kết quả là… chỉ có đúng một ông hàng xóm mang xe ra rửa, mà còn xin khuyến mãi. Thế mới hiểu, marketing quan trọng hơn cả cái máy rửa xe xịn.
