Có lần mình nhận tiệc sinh nhật, khách muốn “món ăn sang trọng nhưng giá bình dân”. 🤔 Thế là mình làm gà luộc chấm muối tiêu, trang trí thêm vài lá rau thơm cho sang. Ai ngờ khách khen “đúng chuẩn fine dining tại gia”. Mình vừa cười vừa nghĩ: hóa ra bí quyết kinh doanh đôi khi nằm ở… cái lá rau. 🌿

Mình từng thử mở dịch vụ nấu tiệc tại nhà, tưởng dễ lắm ai ngờ khách đặt món “ít dầu mỡ” mà cuối cùng ăn xong ai cũng phải chạy bộ 5km cho tiêu bớt. 😅 Nhưng nhờ vậy mình rút ra bài học: phải lắng nghe khách hàng kỹ hơn, không thì dễ thành “đầu bếp gây cardio miễn phí”.
