Mình từng thử chạy quảng cáo Facebook mà không biết target, kết quả là tiền bay nhanh hơn tốc độ ánh sáng 🚀. Sau đó mới hiểu, marketing online không phải trò may rủi, mà cần kế hoạch rõ ràng. Giờ thì mình chỉ cười nhẹ mỗi khi nhớ lại “bài học đắt giá” đó.
Ngày đầu bán hàng online, mình hí hửng nhập cả đống đồ về, tưởng sẽ cháy hàng. Kết quả là cháy… ví, vì hàng nằm im trong kho 🛒. Sau mới rút kinh nghiệm: phải nghiên cứu thị trường trước, chứ không phải thích gì bán nấy.
